Project Description
This extensive whole-home remodel and addition transformed a large two-story stucco residence into a refined, highly functional custom home with expanded living space, elevated finishes, and seamless indoor-outdoor connections.
The project included three major additions: a two-story garage and shop addition, a private primary suite addition with an en-suite bedroom below, and expanded kitchen, workout, patio, and upper-deck areas.Every portion of the work was carefully integrated into the existing home so the new spaces felt original, intentional, and cohesive.
From the exterior stucco and high-end windows and doors to the custom tile, seamless flooring transitions, heated outdoor surfaces, and resort-style deck over the pool, this remodel required precision planning and detailed craftsmanship throughout. Special attention was also given to sound isolation between the upper-level primary suite and the en-suite bedroom below, creating an exceptionally quiet and comfortable home with virtually no sound transfer between floors. The result was a high-end addition and remodel that dramatically improved the home’s comfort, function, and overall presence.
